What a great day we had together this past Sunday as we gathered for worship and continued our study through the book of Acts. If you were unable to join us, you can watch the service here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhYlkWb_RwY


Tomorrow night will be our final Wednesday Night Bible Study before we take a break for the summer. All adults will meet together in the sanctuary for the final session of The Red Sea Rules. Nursery will be available for babies. Pizza will be provided for our kids and students, and afterward they will head outside for games and fellowship (weather permitting).

We also want to remind you about our Pave the Way campaign as we work toward improving the safety, accessibility, and hospitality of our campus through our parking lot project. Thank you for your prayers, generosity, and faithfulness as we trust God to provide for this important need!



VBS

Vacation Bible School is just around the corner and begins June 28! This is always one of the highlights of the summer at IBC, and we are excited to welcome children from our church and community for 3 days of learning about Jesus! We also have a couple of opportunities to help prepare for VBS. Our Women's Craft Night will be June 15, and our Early Decorating Night will be June 17.


We are currently collecting several items to help transform our church into a rainforest adventure. Needed items include cardboard boxes of all sizes, jungle or rainforest stuffed animals (please label with your name), greenery, toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls, and cardboard egg cartons.


Please continue praying for our volunteers, the children who will attend, and the families we will have the opportunity to reach through VBS this summer.


THIS WEEK at IBC


  • Men's Golf Fellowship meets Tuesday at 5:30 PM at Fox Hollow.

  • YOGA with Anice is on pause for the summer and will resume in September.

  • Wednesday will be our final night of Spring Bible Studies before we take a break for the summer. Kids and students will eat pizza and play games outside. All adults will be in the sanctuary for the Red Sea Rules. Nursery will be available.

    Join us from 6:00–7:15 PM for a great evening of studying God's Word together.

  • The JOY Group will be serving the ARC meal on Thursday evening from 5:00–7:00 PM. Contact Bill or Joyce Smith if you're interested in serving.

  • On Saturday, June 13, Immanuel will host the Liberty Association WMU Fellowship and Meal from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.


THIS MONTH at IBC


  • June 15 - Women's Craft Night for VBS

  • June 20 – Men's Ministry Golf Scramble at Fox Hollow

  • June 21 – Father's Day, Baby Bottles Due, Student Camp at Crossings Begins

  • June 28 – Vacation Bible School Begins (No Grow Groups that morning)
